I invite you to join my Spring Yoga Retreat. The change of seasons from Winter to Spring is always a wonderful and potent time for personal renewal, to let go of what is no longer serving you, making space for something new and setting your intentions.

Recharge, nourish & ground yourself in the nature on a Permaculture Farm.

Days are starting to become longer and warmer, nature starts to awaken and bloom again. After a long winter & dark, cold days, we are slowly waking up again. 

This retreat is ideal to rejuvenate after a long winter and prepare your body and mind for the exciting time of Spring. We will bring body, mind & soul in harmony and balance. It is your opportunity to hit the reset button, nourish yourself and celebrate life in community with like minded people.

This weekend retreat is taking place in a magical place on an eco farm where you can deeply tune in with nature & life off grid for three days.

This is more than just a yoga retreat - it's a healing weekend to help destress, rebalance & detox emotionally, physically and mentally. Let’s meet in a state of inner peace and connect to the  love, joy, and light within. 


Prices (Bring your own tent & sleeping bag, you sleep directly in nature): 

1 day (either Saturday or Sunday): 140€

2 days & one night = 210€

3 days & two nights: 260€
